How will my order be shipped?
The Small Garden is based in Brisbane and deliver small products throughout Australia via Courier service. We use Fastway Couriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We deliver our large bulky products ie. furniture items within the Brisbane metro area and will quote on a courier service to deliver to your location outside of Brisbane at the time of order.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, we will forward you an email confirmation containing your shipment tracking number so that you can follow your order through to delivery. The Fastway Couriers tracking URL is http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel
Do you ship internationally?
At this time The Small Garden does not ship outside of Australia.
What happens if my items get lost in transit?
The first thing to do is contact Fastway Couriers and quote the tracking number that was sent to you in your shipment confirmation email. If the carrier cannot locate your items, we will lodge an enquiry on your behalf. Please contact us if you have queries regarding your delivery.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
In the rare case that we have missed an item from your order, please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be delivered straight away.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Absolutely! Please include the business name in the delivery address of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily. A signature will still be required on delivery.
Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses?
Since we require a signature upon delivery, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure that you provide a physical street address when completing your shipping details.
Will I have to be home when my order arrives?
You have the choice to have your order delivered to your home, work or another address (not PO Box). You’ll have to sign for the delivery, so if you’re not home when the Fastway courier arrives, Fastway Couriers will leave a calling card and rearrange the delivery to authorise delivery without a signature.
The Small Garden aims to make your online purchasing experience as easy as possible, particularly returns.
What is the process for refunds?
Please contact us to initiate a refund. We will provide you with a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, or in damaged condition. If you change your mind, you may return, or exchange your item for one of equal cost within 30 days as long as the goods are unused with all original tags and packaging still attached.
Your receipt or proof of purchase must be verified at the time of requesting a refund or exchange.
Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details
Contact us to receive a return authorisation, which will provide free return shipping of the goods back to us.
