How are Delivery Charges Calculated?

We ship throughout Australia and we ship orders of various sizes and fragility. To meet these requirements we use a variety of professional carriers.  Depending on the customer location and order size will impact on the delivery charge.

A delivery quote will be supplied to the customer for approval and payment before the order is finalised. If the additional freight charges are not approved, the customer may cancel the order at no charge.

How long will it take?

Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery depending on the size and complexity of the order.

One last thing …

Customers will be contacted by telephone or email by our freight carrier in the days leading up to the order being delivered to arrange a suitable time for delivery. The customer will be required to be available in person to accept delivery of large and bulky items.
